I've been ordering here for years ,during that time they have made several mistakes on my order and never have offered to replace my meal or give me credit,so I stop going to them for several months and then come back since most of the times my food is good but there has been times when the food doesn't taste right...my last order August of 2026 is ordered 2 meals,my order was wrong they gave me pork fried rice when I never eat pork fried rice with my sweet and sour chicken, I complained and the lady offered me a pint of white rice,I made my order clear as I always do but still gave me pork fried rice and the best they could do was offer me a pint of white rice,I don't eat pork,the chicken already had the pork rice stuck to it it had to throw it out as I done before and they think offering me a pint of whit rice fixes it,they never offer to fix the problem or replace my meal,they make money we have spent a good amount of money ordering here and it shows they don't appreciate our business, I have thrown my food out everytime they make the mistake because they simply will not take responsibility for their errors,we have kept ordering from them throughout the years cuz they're literal

I love this place they make my food with love ❤️ my go to meal general tso and fried rice and shrimp or egg roll 😋

Everything about this place is trash the service and the food specially the women that works there. So rude it makes not wanna spend your money and if there’s an issue they hang up the phone on you don’t fix the problem and have a nerve to have an attitude about it. The food tasting sucks they don’t deserve a 4.1 or 4.3 of a review

How did this place get 4.3 stars???? Goes to show people eat anything and they take our money and give us garbage! Burned gravy and the chicken not even done never again I should have known not to eat anything from Newark. Yuck!!!!!! Terrible keep the money it’s not worth fighting food disgusting! Zero stars!

I called in an order for delivery to my job. I ordered the shrimp and broccoli with garlic sauce and shrimp fried rice. I also ordered a shrimp roll.. She asked me if I wanted it spicy and I said only a little bit. I also asked for extra duck sauce. I literally got exactly what I asked for in the food came hot even though it is below 20° outside. The food also came and under 30 minutes. Please excuse the fact that I started stuff in my food in my face immediately before my review. Lol it tastes amazing also.! I’m a super big food critic and very picky about where I order my Chinese food from but this one definitely passed the vibe check.
